Non-inertial Frames in Special and General Relativity singularities of the rotating disk and of Fermi coordinates. Then this theory is used in general relativity for the treatment of globally hyperbolic, asymptotically Minkowskian space-times solution of Einstein’s equations. Also some comments on the problem of dark matter, connecting it to the relativistic metrology used in astrophysics, are made.
