Problemstellung und Aufbau der Arbeit,n early visitor to the People’s Republic of China. During his trips he made personal contacts, started collaborations and gave lectures. He documented his multiple trips to China in the book . which provided readers with what was then a rare look inside China. He maintained contacts with people in these countries throughout his career.
