Wenjie Huang,Shuqin Li,Saisai Lisen sich kostenverursachende Faktoren nicht vorhersagen, weil auch sie prozeß- und verlaufsabhängig sind. Insbesondere die organisationsdynamischen und -psychologischen „Reibungsverluste“, aber auch im Gegenteil dazu „Engagementverdichtungen“ sind zwar kostenwirksam, jedoch kaum überhaupt kalkulierbar.
