Multiple Limit Cycles and Wintner-Perko Termination Principle, obtained results and applying the Wintner-Perko termination principle for multiple limit cycles, we suggest a new (global) approach to the solution of Hilbert’s Sixteenth Problem in the case of quadratic systems.
