The Ciliary Muscle and Nerves After Ciliary Ganglionectomy,for over a century (Bárány 1962). However, many aspects of ciliary muscle physiology and pathophysiology remain poorly understood and a parasympathetically denervated primate eye could be of value in physiologic and pharmacologic studies of accommodative and aqueous humor formation and drainage mechanisms.

The Role of Panretinal Photocoagulation in Neovascular Glaucoma Associated with Central Retinal Veierature varies from 4% to 60% . Panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) has been advocated as an effective prophylactic therapy against neovascular glaucoma in CRVO. We have investigated these subjects as a part of our prospective studies on CRVO since 1975.
