The League of Nations Loses Two Members,rn the morning Session. The date was February 24, 1933, and the Japanese delegation to the League of Nations had just left the Assembly meeting for the last time.. On March 27 the Japanese government officially notified the League of its withdrawal and thereby set the seal on its complete isolation.
