Calculating Ore Reserves Subject to Mining Constraints, for a Uranium Deposit,geostatistical model of the grades was set up directly and was used to reconstitute various sizes of selection blocks. The overall results obtained were compared to those given by the discretized gaussian model. In a more restricted zone, the geostatistical predictions were compared with the production figures.
