,Die Rolle der GKV bei Arzt-Patient-Streitigkeiten – Überlegungen zu einer „Materialisierung“ des §1989 keine größere praktische Aufmerksamkeit gewonnen und war nur in wenigen Fällen Gegenstand gerichtlicher Entscheidungen.
