Deformation and Fracture of High Polymersg fungi. In this review, we focus on recent discoveries of RNAi-related biological phenomena in fungi and their underlying molecular mechanisms. In addition, recent advances in RNA-mediated gene silencing technologies and their potential use for functional genomics studies in fungi are discussed.
