Gender and Class in Four Occupationsividuals but relatively closed to others, and how they serve to reinforce certain gendered and classed dispositions and positions. And while his primary intellectual concern was class, his conceptual toolkit has proven to be adaptable — making it suitable for the analysis of gender, class and occupation.
