Josip Jovic,Timo Günthner,Heike Proffem is further formulated into a non-transferable coalition formation game, and several related factors of the game is described. A distributed coalition formation game algorithm based on the merge and split rule is proposed. Tracking Areas Planning with Cooperative Game in Heterogeneous and Small Cell Networkson for TA planning, result from reducing the offloading ability of small cells. In this paper, a novel TA planning algorithm based on cooperative games is proposed by detecting similar communities.
