Visualization of Ion Transport in Plants,There are many perspectives from which one can view gall stone disease but this paper will consider only the data base involved and the natural history of the disease. Unfortunately the former is inadequate and the latter has not been much studied.

Gallstones contain both crystalline and amorphous material, but the former usually constitutes the bulk of the stone by weight and will be considered first.
