Providing Some Quality of Service for Secondary Users in Cognitive Radios Using Time Slotted Systems analytically modeled the scheme using M/G/1 queue. Our numerical experiments demonstrate that secondary users can be offered some quality of service by delaying primary users in the system to a limit that does not degrade their performance.
