Ralf T. Kreutzer,Karl-Heinz Landicular inflexibility—the latter as an unintended consequence—raise serious barriers to the mobility of Portuguese students. Overall, the state of mobility in Portugal is a disappointing picture when compared with the political intentions of the Bologna Process.
