A Comparative Study of Korean Literaturef ambient water into the jet, and the sediment fall-out from the jet. Based on a large number of laboratory experiments the rate of entrainment is determined, as well as the condition for incipient sediment fall-out. Further, a simple model for the sediment fall-out along the path line of the jet has been outlined and checked upon measurements.
