Dynamical Exchange Effects in the Dielectric Function of the Electron Gas,dielectric function and the dynamical structure factor are discussed. It is shown that dynamical exchange effects drastically lower the slope of the plasmon dispersion. Several sum rules and consistency requirements are examined.
