Endogeneous Technical Progress in a Macroeconomic Model. A Comparison between Italy and Austria advance of technical knowledge, then deviations of major economic variables from their trajectories in a reference scenario are computed. Again, results are interpreted and the case of Italy is compared to Austria. In the final chapter the validity of the findings is discussed and some possible extensions are mentioned.
