Ungulates in Sierra La Laguna Biosphere Reserve, Baja California Sur, Méxicoornia Sur (BCS), México, harbors both the unique pine-oak forest in BCS and tropical dry forest of the peninsula with palms and oases throughout riparian vegetation. It concentrates numerous endemic species and a great biological diversity. Seven ungulate species inhabit the reserve: feral pigs, cat转向 发表于 2025-3-22 03:26:40
The Mule Deer of the Mapimí Biosphere ReserveThe reserve was decreed in 1979, covers 342,388 ha and is located at the junction of the states of Durango, Coahuila, and Chihuahua. Mule deer population dynamics data from 14 nonconsecutive years were used to analyze population density, using indirect methods such as counting fecal pellet groups, pHEAVY 发表于 2025-3-22 05:32:20

Ungulates of Calakmulof the largest extensions of tropical forests in Mexico. These forests still host six species of ungulates, including the largest and last survivor of the Neotropical megafauna, the Central American tapir, and one of the rarest ungulate species in Mexico, the white-lipped peccary, as well as anotherPhagocytes 发表于 2025-3-22 15:55:28
Ecology and Conservation of Ungulates in the Lacandon Forest, Mexicoes Azules Biosphere Reserve (MABR) and in a sample of neighboring communities of the Lacandon Forest, Mexico. During two periods of study (1998–2001 and 2010–2012), abundances (distance sampling and camera-trapping) and uses (interviews and participant observation) of five ungulate species (Baird’sPhagocytes 发表于 2025-3-22 18:32:41

Tropical Ungulates of Colombiabout the evolutionary and recent history for each of the group is presented, highlighting recent paleontological information for northern South America. Genetic and molecular studies indicate that deer present the greatest uncertainty regarding the number of species and their phylogenetic relationshfallible 发表于 2025-3-23 08:12:17
