Semiconductors for Photoelectrochemical Hydrogen Generation,ydrogen generation. We also give an overview of photoelectrode materials, such as TiO., WO., hematite, BiVO., and some (oxy)nitrides, for solar hydrogen production. Future development of photoelectrode research will be indicated finally.
