Clustering of Biological Sequencesh can be used for this purpose. There are a number of distributed algorithms for sequence clustering as we discuss. Four new algorithms and a general method for graph partitioning are also proposed which can be implemented in a distributed memory system conveniently.

Epilogue The main future directions of research in bioinformatics, as we see it, will probably be along the same lines of investigation into efficient big data analysis methods including parallel/distributed algorithm implementations; and disease analysis together with more personal medication applications.
