Approach to the Analysis of Probability Measures of Cloud Computing Systems with Dynamic Scaling,ystem in terms of queuing system with threshold-based hysteretic control of active servers number and noninstantaneous server activation. We use state elimination technique to develop efficient algorithm for stationary probabilities calculations and estimation of its performance measures.

An M/M/1 Queue with , Undesired Services and a Desired Service, the environmental factors. When the service time in undesired states exceeds a threshold random variable, the customer is pushed out of the system. Otherwise the customer, after recognizing that the current service is not the right one moves to desired service state. We discuss the case of . undesired services and a desired service.
