Mapping Research Trends on Smart Tourism: A Bibliometric Analysis,ism, social media, and hospitality. Gretzel et al. (2015) was the most cited document, and South Korea was the most productive country in smart tourism research. Chulmo Koo was the most prolific author and Rob Law the most influential author (in terms of h-index and total WoS citations) in the study.
