S. Haykin,J. Litva,T. J. Shepherde attention is focused to the analysis of the qualitive changes in the structure’s dynamics for increasing flow velocity. By making extensive use of computer algebra techniques new results have been obtained for the description of the so-called jump phenomenon in this system with two degrees of freedom.
