T-Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma Involving the Spleen or Liver,ue constituting approximately 75% of the entity. When T-LBL spreads to the peripheral blood and/or bone marrow, it enters the leukemic phase. Isolated T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), defined as >25% T-lymphoblasts in the peripheral blood and/or bone marrow without accompanying T-LBL is less common.
