Analysis of Feature Usage in Access to On-line InformationThe research reported here investigated online information seeking tasks, to understand why different users hose a particular set of access features to navigate through a space of online information. The online information was organized in book-like fashion, but the results apply equally to hypertext and hypermedia environments.
