Preventing Fault Attacks on S-Boxes of AES-Like Block Ciphers,tographic devices secure. This paper presents a fault resilient design of S-boxes for AES-like block ciphers. It is done by fault detection and correction. The S-boxes are designed based on the synthesized nonlinear cellular automata. The proposed design guarantees . coverage of double-byte fault detection and single-byte fault correction.
