Book 1988owever, only some of the suggested causal correlations have been substantiated with satisfactory certainty. For others, conclusive evidence has so far resisted investigation. ed. As will become evident, most of the studies reviewed were conducted in group B coxsackieviruses (CVB) probably because CVB are easier to grow than group A coxsackieviruses (CVA) in tissue-culture cells. I hope that this contribution, along with the others presented in this volume, will help explain the diverse pathogenicities of these viruses.作呕 发表于 2025-3-25 16:57:16

y virus stock represents a genotypically heterogeneous population from which phenotypic expression of a dominant variant(s) is observed and measured. Murine models of CV diseases offer exciting possibilities for determining the molecular basis of virulence in these viruses.CRUMB 发表于 2025-3-26 00:29:15

Book 1988rall contribution of coxsackieviruses to clinically evident dis ease of humans is still largely an open problem. Following their discov ery, coxsackieviruses were under intense clinical and laboratory scrutiny for a long time. Host Conditions Affecting the Course of Coxsackievirus Infections, ditional details.. The paucity of reviews in this area is indicative of a general trend that has emphasized the role of the infectious agent and minimized the importance of the interaction between the host and the infecting virus.
