Markku Kangaspuro,Jussi Lassilampression of the right breast would not be likely to lower the implant because of the timeline. It was suggested that open capsulotomy and expansion of the pocket inferiorly would be the only recourse.

Six-year follow-up showed good results of the procedure finally performed.

Palgrave Macmillan Memory Studiesa little high and a Marena breast strap was employed. The right breast implant remained high and was firm. The Group discussed revision with various methods. There was a question of whether the right implant was contracted or had inadequate dissection of the pocket..Revision was performed with improvement in the asymmetry.
