The AD Hoc Group: Past Biological Weapons Facilities,ons and on their Destruction addresses the destruction or diversion to peaceful purposes of all agents, toxins, weapons, equipment and means of delivery, the conversion of past BW facilities is not addressed specifically even though such conversion is implicit in compliance with the Convention.
