F. Hofmann,M. Biel,R. Feil,T. Kleppisch workshop.. This approach derives from the work of John Burton’ and follows the general principles that he has laid out. My own work has concentrated heavily (though not exclusively) on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and I will draw most of my illustrations from that arena.

Social Conflicts and Needs Theories: Some Observationsf these theories has now emerged, Sphinx-like, a new theory claiming to put an end to all theories by indicating how a perfect society of perfect individuals could be realized. This is human needs theory.

Genetic Transformation of , (Anise),perceive our own narrowness could well have unfortunate consequences globally. What is needed, then, is for those of us in the West not only to seek understanding from others outside our own traditions, but also conscientiously to identify and critique as many of the assumptions underlying our own thinking as we possibly can.
