Methodik klinisch-motorischer Diagnostik,g: the scattering amplitudes near resonance are 1–2 orders of magnitude larger than non-resonant (potential) amplitudes, and the phase of the amplitude increases from 0 to π, as one increases the energy of the incident neutron from well below the resonance to well above it.

Neutron Scattering as a Probe of Magnetic Superconductors and Intermediate Valence Compounds,ond is the field of intermediate valence and so-called “Kondo-type” magnetic materials, which have also been vigorously studied since the mid-seventies. The physics in both of these areas is not completely understood at present, but neutrons have turned out to be a very useful probe in these investigations.
