Computer-Based Studies on Bioprocess Engineering examined. Basic numerical tools and details on least squares estimation, particularly statistical analysis of estimates are discussed. A process simulator of the dynamics of non-linear systems is presented and shown through the application to case studies to be an efficient tool for teaching and research in process dynamics and control.
