A tool box for compiler construction, to hand crafting..Currently modules in the target languages C and Modula-2 can be generated. First realistic applications demonstrate the excellent performance of the tools and show that the tools allow the construction of production quality compilers.

Hauptrichtungen der Spieltheorie,s, i.e. quadruples. These quadruples are then passed on to a conventional code optimizer and generator. As far as we know, this is the first time a quality code compiler has been generated which does not rely on either β-reductions or an abstract stack machine.

Recursive ascent-descent parsers,up part. Either or both parts may be implemented as a collection of recursive functions or by a table-driven parsing algorithm. When a table-driven implementation of the bottom-up part is used, any syntax error recovery scheme applicable to LR parsers can be employed. Small, fast, implementations of the parsers are possible.

A compiler with scheduling for a specialized synchronous multiprocessor system,rocessors are available, a schedule for a smaller number of processors can be generated. Code generation and scheduling is presented for a one page program example in Pascal. For this example, a speedup of a factor of seven was obtained for the multiprocessor system, compared to the Intel 80286 processor, and assuming the same clock cycle time.
