A Comparison of the Effects of Uninduced Mouse, Uninduced Rat and Aroclor-induced Rat Liver S9 on Reinduced mouse and uninduced rat liver S9. Mutagenicity of BZD, DAT, DAB and CDA in the Bacterial Mutagenicity Testd from Aroclor induced rat or uninduced mouse liver. The S9 fraction in the S9 mix was varied to give 4%, 10% or 30% concentration. Each compond was tested three times with similar results. Only DAT and BZD showed a positive mutagenic response.
