Regenerative Voice,litating a communicative agency that moves beyond a neoliberal value-set and an individualised, commodity-based agency. This exploration unites considerations of community radio ownership, content autonomy, station structure and associated agency in order to view and understand the type of ‘regenerative voice’ that can be spoken and heard.
