Urinary System,The urinary system is comprised of the kidneys, ureter, urinary bladder, and urethra. Blood is filtered in the kidneys, and the waste products and water pass from the kidneys into the lumen of the ureter. The ureter empties into the urinary bladder which temporarily stores the urine until it is expelled through the urethra.
