Finite Size Effects,, but these techniques are best suited to simulating a single target structure (I am unaware of any studies where biased sampling is used to simulate the formation of multiple targets). So if the assembly of a single structure is simulated, what issues arise with inferring the properties of a bulk system of the same strands?
