Treatment of Scrupulosity-Related Obsessive-Compulsive Disorderpect of patient values. In this chapter, we illustrate the application of ERP for scrupulosity with the case of David. We highlight issues related to psychoeducation, the therapeutic stance, motivational and cognitive work, and both in vivo and imaginal exposures. Treatment of “Not-Just-Right Experiences” in Childhood Obsessive-Compulsive Disordere of a 9-year-old girl with OCD related to both harm avoidance and not-just-right experiences (NJREs). Discussion of her NJRE-related symptoms is emphasized.
