Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathysudden cardiac death at 5 years was 5% and supported the indication for ICD (implantable defibrillator) implant in primary prevention.We performed the implant of a subcutaneous ICD, according to primary prevention, no need for anti-bradycardia pacing and patient’s choice.
