A Teenager with Refractory Erythroderma, HIES, while symptoms involve multiple systems, including overlapping and distinct immunologic and nonimmunologic features. Here we reported a case of Hyper IgE syndrome with refractory erythroderma, and review the literature of Hyper IgE syndrome briefly.

Erythema Annulare Centrifugum Mimicking Tinea Cruris on Child with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, infection, while 40% of patients with EAC are also had a concomitant superficial dermatophyte infection and 13% had internal malignancies, including acute myelogenous leukemia We reported a child with acute myeloid leukemia that complaint of itch in his thigh for 4 weeks especially when sweating that resemble tinea cruris.

Deep Red Macules in a Blaschkoid Distribution in an Adolescent Male, have also been exceptionally reported. Unilateral nevoid telangiectasia, capillary haemangioma and pigmented purpuric dermatosis are the main differential diagnoses. Treatment can be performed for cosmetic reasons. Pulsed dye laser therapy has yielded good results.

Generalized Hypopigmented Macules and Verrucous Papules in Three Siblings,, thereby supporting a diagnosis of epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EDV). Patients were advised to strictly avoid sun exposure and use a broad spectrum sunscreen, and were treated with topical and oral retinoids. A regular follow up was recommended. The features and differential diagnosis of EDV are discussed.
