The Characterization of Clay Minerals and Adsorption Mechanism onto Clays,ted in this chapter. The X-ray diffraction provides fingerprint characterization of crystalline materials and the determination of their structure. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis provides surface topography of the clay minerals.
