Bo Hu,Inés Arana,Ernesto Compatangeloy conjugate variables on any horizon. We generalize these results to Lanczos-Lovelock gravity in this chapter by identifying two such conjugate variables. Our results do reduce to that of general relativity in the appropriate limit and provides a complete geometrical understanding of Lanczos-Lovelock gravity.
