Daycare and Childcare,are. Before 1990 the GDR had fulltime services, the FRG noramally only half-day offers. There are big differences regarding tht federal states, because the are interpreting “requirement” diverse and economical. There are no preschool offers in Germany today – education should take place in kindergar
