Algebraic Multigrid for Industrial Semiconductor Device Simulation,igated, and detailed results for two industrially relevant devices are presented. The Discontinuous Galerkin Finite Element Method for Singularly Perturbed Problems,d with this method. We perform separate analyses for the cases of reaction—diffusion and convection—diffusion problems.
