Operations Research Proceedings 2008it our discussion to experiments concerning the hormonal control of MMTV transcription. We will show that glucocorticoid as well as gonadal steroid hormones can enhance MMTV transcription. The role which MMTV plays in mammary tumor formation will be described in other chapters in this book
