Excitonic States and Resonance Raman Spectroscopy of Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes,s. We comparethese results with former theoretical results obtained on the basis of theelectron–hole pair picture. We show that the Raman intensity shows a uniquechiral-angle and diameter dependence for single-wall carbon nanotubes.金盘是高原 发表于 2025-3-30 15:12:20
Carbon-Nanotube Optoelectronics, iative decay to free carriersleading to photoconductivity are discussed. The influence of external electricfields and of environmental interactions on excited nanotubes is considered. Finally, the possible technological uses of carbon nanotubes as nanometer scalelight sources and photocurrent and photovoltage detectors are discussed.Meditate 发表于 2025-3-30 17:29:32

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-41449-7 and spin-dependentballistic transport. We move on to explore the properties of single and coupledcarbon-nanotube quantum dots. Spin and orbital (isospin) magnetic moments lead tofourfold shell structure and unusual Kondo phenomena. We conclude with adiscussion of unanswered questions and a look to future research directions.Diaphragm 发表于 2025-3-31 20:13:38
Introduction to the Important and Exciting Aspects of Carbon-Nanotube Science and Technology, pproaching a “phase-transitioncritical point”. Carbon nanotubes have been a model system for studyingphysics and for developing new measurement tools. The field is now mature formaking the transition from nanoscience to nanotechnology, as we show here.PIZZA 发表于 2025-4-1 00:29:38
