Concepts of Radiotherapy in Cancer of Unknown Primary,of brain and bone metastases will be highlighted. The final section focuses on radiotherapy techniques. Stereotactic body radiotherapy will be introduced as a potential new therapeutic strategy in oligometastatic CUP. The outline of this chapter is based on a review of the authors published earlier .
