We envision delivering these molecules by direct injection into solid tumors for the treatment of squamous cell carcinomas of the lung, esophageal cancer, and head and neck cancer. We provide experimental details and methodology for utilizing CRISPR/Cas as a supplement to chemotherapy to destroy lung cancer cells.
