On Two Approaches to ACMupport for known bits and pieces of the tasks at hand. On the other hand, we have an extremely flexible ACM approach with functionality to keep control of who is to do what and to document the incident handling. The paper concludes with a discussion on domain specific and domain neutral ACM systems.

A Hierarchical Markov Model to Understand the Behaviour of Agents in Business Processes-time. In a case study experiment using an agent-based simulation platform (AOR), we show how the proposed approach is able to discover the behaviour of agents in each activity of a business process for which a high-level model is known.
