It is like a blueprint of a building prepared by an architect. However, we need to translate that blueprint into a building before it can be used. Similarly, we need to build out our modeled process in order to automate it.

We will be building three forms—one form each for the requestor, approver, and Finance officer—which are basically variants of the same form.
